Ricky Abramson specializes in Talent Procurement & Event Consulting for any type of event. Over a 20-year career in entertainment, Ricky Abramson has developed an expertise in monetizing live entertainment for brands, venues and the artists who provide it.
He began cultivating this talent as a Personal Appearance agent at the William Morris Agency / WME, where he created his own niche division that serviced the agency’s entire roster and booked events for clients such as Lady Gaga and Jennifer Hudson.
In 2010, he joined Las Vegas based The Light Group as VP of Talent Buying, where he acquired talent for the company’s entire portfolio of top nightclubs, pools and lounges which included: Light, DayLight Beach Club, 1Oak and Liquid Pool. Notables bookings: Adam Levine, Selena Gomez, Foster The People, The Weeknd, Nikki Minaj.
Since 2015, Abramson has built a business on procuring talent and consulting for clients such as: iHeartMedia, Bud Light, EA Sports, Caesars Entertainment, SONY, T-Mobile, San Francisco 49ers, Tailgate Fest (country music festival), Gurney's Resorts, Las Vegas nightclubs and has secured acts including, but not limited to: Pitbull, Imagine Dragons, Joan Jett, Post Malone, Future, Ludacris and Earth, Wind & Fire.

We will work with our clients on brainstorming ideas that best fit their brand and the overall goal of the Event.
We know what Talent is looking for. Once we have an understanding of our client’s entertainment goals, we are able to present offers directly to Talent representatives.
We will negotiate on our client’s behalf to ensure the deal reflects their vision for the Event, as well as their budget.
We will write, review and advise on deal points, legal terms and conditions as well as rider requirements. All our client’s will need to do is sign!
Client’s will have high-resolution photos and logos as well as approvals in due time.
We will execute a full Talent itinerary to make sure no one misses a beat. From travel to accommodations, ground transportation, fulfillment of both technical and hospitality riders and run of show, we will be there every step of the way.
We can provide a Team member who will be on-site to make sure all deliverables are met to our client’s expectations.
Our Brand Activation Team is comprised of experienced event producers who can execute all entertainment production needs for concert bookings including, but not limited to, staging, sound, and lights.
